Terms of Service

You must be at least 15 years old to create an EasyMem account. If applicable law requires you to be older, you must meet that higher age requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity conducted through it. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, you should notify us promptly.

You may not impersonate another person, access another user's account without authorization, use accounts to circumvent restrictions, or interfere with EasyMem's authentication or security systems.

We may temporarily restrict an account where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, security issues, or violations of these Terms.

EasyMem is a language-learning platform that provides tools and features for creating, discovering, and studying language-learning content.

Some features may only be available with certain subscription plans or may be subject to usage limits.

We may change or discontinue features as EasyMem evolves.

You may create, upload, publish, or otherwise provide content through EasyMem ("User Content").

You retain ownership of User Content that you own. Creating or publishing content through EasyMem does not transfer ownership of that content to us.

You are responsible for your User Content and for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions necessary to use and provide it through EasyMem.

By providing User Content to EasyMem, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, store, process, reproduce, display, distribute, and otherwise use it as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, improve, secure, and promote the Service.

EasyMem may allow you to publish learning content. Published content may be accessible to other users, shared through links, and saved to their libraries.

Published content may remain available to users who have already saved it or through existing sharing links, even if you later update the content or remove it from the Gallery.

The Gallery and other discovery areas allow users to browse and discover published content. Publishing content does not guarantee that it will appear or remain in these areas. EasyMem determines which content is eligible for discovery and does not guarantee any particular visibility or placement.

We may, but are not obligated to, review User Content. We may hide, restrict, remove, or reduce the visibility of content where we reasonably believe it violates these Terms or applicable law, infringes the rights of others, is inaccurate, misleading, harmful, spam, low quality, manipulative, or otherwise negatively affects EasyMem or its users.

Depending on the circumstances, we may also restrict access or sharing or take action against the account.

EasyMem may provide features that allow users to save or reuse content. These features do not transfer ownership or grant rights to content that you do not otherwise have.

You may not use EasyMem to infringe another person's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights. We do not proactively verify ownership of User Content.

Rights holders may report suspected infringement to support@easymem.app. We may investigate reports and restrict or remove content where appropriate. Repeated or serious infringement may result in account suspension or termination.

EasyMem's software, branding, design, interfaces, technology, and other proprietary materials are owned by EasyMem or its licensors. You may not reproduce, sell, license, distribute, or commercially exploit these materials except where permitted by law or with our permission.

EasyMem may provide features powered by artificial intelligence. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate, or otherwise incorrect, and we do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, uniqueness, or suitability. You should review AI-generated content before relying on or publishing it.

We may change the models, providers, or technologies used to provide AI features.

Content processed through AI features may be transmitted to third-party service providers as described in our Privacy Policy.

AI-generated content is subject to the same rules and moderation as other content on EasyMem.

EasyMem may allow users to publish reviews, ratings, votes, and other community contributions.

Reviews should reflect genuine experiences and opinions about the content being reviewed. You may not manipulate community features, publish fraudulent or irrelevant reviews, harass others, or use community features for spam.

We may remove or restrict community contributions that we reasonably believe violate these Terms.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of reviews or ratings.

EasyMem may offer paid subscription plans with the prices and billing periods shown at purchase.

Unless otherwise stated during purchase, subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled.

You may cancel your subscription using the options provided by EasyMem. Cancellation prevents future renewals, while paid features remain available until the end of the billing period already paid for.

Payments and purchases are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all orders. Paddle handles payment processing, applicable taxes, customer service inquiries, returns, and refunds in accordance with its terms and policies.

Prices, plan features, usage limits, and included benefits may change. Where required, we will provide notice before changes affecting an existing subscription take effect.

Changing plans may result in billing adjustments or changes to your billing period, as presented during the plan-change process.

If a payment fails, is reversed, or remains unpaid, we may restrict paid features or future subscription benefits until the issue is resolved.

Except where otherwise stated at purchase or required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable. Cancellation does not entitle you to a partial or prorated refund for the current billing period.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Certain EasyMem features may consume AI credits.

Credits may be provided through subscriptions or purchased separately. The number of credits required may vary by feature.

Plan Credits

Paid plans may grant AI credits periodically. Plan credits may accumulate up to the applicable plan limit.

When a subscription ends, plan credits already granted remain available, but future subscription-based grants stop unless otherwise stated.

Purchased Credits

Credits purchased separately are added to your account separately from subscription credit grants.

General Credit Rules

AI credits may only be used within EasyMem. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are generally non-transferable.

We may change credit costs, packages, grants, or limits in the future.

You may stop using EasyMem or request deletion of your account using the options provided by the Service.

Account deletion is subject to a grace period during which you may restore your account. After the grace period ends, the deletion becomes permanent.

Permanent deletion may remove your account information, learning progress, settings, and other data, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable retention requirements. Unused credits associated with a permanently deleted account may be lost and are not redeemable for cash unless required by law.

Previously Published Content

Deleting your account does not necessarily delete content you previously published. Published content may remain available to users who have saved it or through existing sharing links.

When you delete your account, retained published content will no longer identify you as its author. Our moderation rights continue to apply to that content.

Suspension or Termination by EasyMem

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to EasyMem where we reasonably believe you have materially or repeatedly violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, created a significant security or legal risk, or otherwise caused significant harm to EasyMem, its users, or third parties.

Depending on the circumstances, we may also restrict or remove User Content, disable features, or take other reasonable action.

Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination, including those relating to published content, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and governing law, will continue to apply.

You may not use EasyMem to:

• violate applicable law or the rights of others;
• harass, threaten, abuse, exploit, or impersonate others;
• distribute illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or malicious content;
• spam users or publish large amounts of meaningless or low-quality content;
• manipulate EasyMem's systems or features;
• infringe intellectual-property rights;
• access or scrape the Service in a way that damages, overloads, or materially interferes with it;
• bypass usage limits, access restrictions, payment requirements, or security measures;
• gain or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data; or
• otherwise disrupt EasyMem or interfere with other users' use of the Service.

Violations may result in content moderation, account restrictions, suspension, or termination.

We aim to provide a reliable Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. EasyMem may experience maintenance, outages, delays, bugs, or other technical issues, including those caused by third-party services.

EasyMem relies on third-party services to provide parts of the Service. Your use of certain third-party functionality may also be subject to the provider's own terms and privacy practices. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for third-party services or failures outside our control.

We may change or discontinue the Service or its features. Where reasonably practical, we may provide advance notice of a material shutdown.

Learning content provided through EasyMem may contain errors. We do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, suitability, or any particular learning result. User Content does not necessarily represent the views of EasyMem.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EasyMem is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and we disclaim warranties that may otherwise apply, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes protections or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EasyMem will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or similar damages arising from or relating to the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EasyMem's total aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to EasyMem during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will display a "Last updated" date.

For material changes, we will provide notice through EasyMem or by email.

Where permitted by law, continued use of EasyMem after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those Terms. Where applicable law requires explicit consent, we will request it separately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Disputes arising from these Terms or your use of EasyMem will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in this section affects any rights or protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

Our failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our permission, where permitted by law.

We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a transfer of the EasyMem business, subject to applicable law.

These Terms, together with any policies expressly incorporated into them, constitute the agreement governing your use of EasyMem.

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
