This Refund Policy applies to purchases of EasyMem subscriptions and AI credits.
EasyMem offers a free tier that allows you to try the Service before purchasing a subscription or AI credits. We encourage you to make sure the paid features are suitable for you before making a purchase.
1. Refunds
Except where required by applicable law, purchases are non-refundable.
We do not provide refunds or credits for unused subscription time, partially used billing periods, unused AI credits, or changes of mind.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
2. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancellation prevents future renewals. You will continue to have access to your paid subscription features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
Cancellation does not entitle you to a partial or prorated refund for the current billing period.
3. Paddle
Payments and purchases are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record.
Paddle may process refunds where required by applicable law or otherwise in accordance with Paddle's applicable refund policies and terms.
