When you purchase a subscription or AI credits, payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record.

EasyMem does not receive or store your full payment-card number or security code. We may receive from Paddle and store information necessary to manage your purchases and subscriptions, such as transaction, subscription, and billing-status information.

We may provide Paddle with information necessary to complete and manage your purchase, such as your email address and account information.

Paddle processes personal data according to its own privacy practices.

We may share personal data with third-party service providers that help us operate EasyMem, such as providers of authentication, payments, hosting, AI features, analytics, and other technical services. We share information with these providers only as necessary to provide and operate the Service.

We may also disclose information where reasonably necessary to:

• comply with applicable law, legal process, or lawful requests from authorities;
• protect the rights, safety, and security of EasyMem, our users, or others;
• investigate or prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, or violations of our Terms; or
