How do I change my email, password or sign-in method?
Your password, the accounts you sign in with, and the devices you are open on.
In Settings, under Account. The same page holds your password, the accounts you sign in with, and the devices your account is currently open on.
Signing out of a device you no longer use is the first thing to do if you think somebody else has your password.
