Are there refunds?
What canceling returns, and what to do when a payment went wrong.
Canceling stops the next payment rather than returning the current one, and you keep the plan until the period you have paid for ends.
If a payment went wrong — charged twice, charged after canceling — email support from the address on the account and we will put it right.
